Description
TYJ chocolate enrobing machine is primarily used to coat chocolate on various food, such as biscuit, wafers, cake and snacks etc. It can coat bottom of products, whole of products, it can also be equipped with decorator.
The material of the conveyor belt is food grade PU. The frames, insulation plates, mesh belt and other parts which come into contact with products are manufactured in Stainless Steel 304.There are Siemens PLC and touch screen to control the whole line. The inner layer of the jacket tank (hopper) under the enrober is manufactured in Stainless Steel 304; the jacket tank can be pulled out to clean.
Main motors with gearboxes are SEW brand( motor and gearbox for conveyor belt of cooling tunnel, motor and gearbox for mesh belt, motor and gearbox for chocolate feeding pump under the enrober, other motors are Chinese brands). We use SMC cylinders to make sure the conveyor belt will move straightly. Compressors are Copeland brands (factory in China). Under the enrober, there is a SJB30Y chocolate feeding pump (SS304 head) to feed chocolate mass back to chocolate storage tank.
